Abstract: An apparatus for setting a penetration depth of a sliding part into a receiving part includes a handle piece, which surrounds the sliding part and which is formed for sliding along a longitudinal axis L of the sliding part. The handle piece includes a clamping device with an adjusting element and a rocker element. The handle piece can pivot the respective rocker element into an arresting pose to the sliding part upon rotating the adjusting element into a blocking direction transversely to the longitudinal axis. In the arresting pose, sliding of the handle piece along the longitudinal axis L is blocked. In order to additionally fix the blocking, the handle piece includes a fixing device that has two fixing elements. In the blocking position, the first and second fixing elements exert a retaining force for fixing the adjusting element against rotation transverse to the longitudinal axis.
Abstract: A guide wire holder for receiving and holding an inherently elastic medical guide wire and for attaching same to a medical device, such as an endoscope, has an attachment part through which the guide wire can he guided and a guide wire support which is connected to the attachment part projects from same, and allows the guide wire to be held by a guide wire receiving device. The guide wire receiving device contains a first guide wire deflecting element in the form of a deflecting and clamping bracket which is open on one side, the guide wire deflecting element guiding the guide wire away from the attachment part and clamping the guide wire, arid the guide wire receiving device contains two additional guide wire deflecting elements. The deflecting and clamping bracket has two bracket parts which project from the guide wire support and between which a slot is provided.
Abstract: A guide wire holder for receiving and securing a medical guide wire and for mounting on a medical appliance has a mounting part through which the guide wire can be guided, and a guide wire support which is connected to and protrudes from the mounting part and allows the guide wire to be secured by a guide wire receiver. The guide wire receiver contains a guide wire deflector that tensions and deflects the guide wire in a direction leading away from its direction of passage through the mounting part. The guide wire receiver is followed by an additional guide wire deflector that is formed with a guide wire contact surface, on which the guide wire can be guided along a guide track, so that a frictional resistance can be exerted relative to the guide wire guided over the top of the guide wire support.
Abstract: A device for establishing the penetration depth of a tubular or rod-shaped sliding part in a receiving part and to a medical handpiece using such devices. There is an adjusting element that surrounds the sliding part and which can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the sliding part and can be blocked in the particular position by a clamping device to establish the penetration depth of the sliding part in the receiving part. The clamping device is formed by a rocker element that is arranged between the adjusting element and the sliding part. The rocker element can be moved between a first rotational position, which allows the adjusting element to be slid in the longitudinal direction of the sliding part, and a second rotational position, which blocks the adjusting element from being slid, by rotating the adjusting element transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sliding part.
Abstract: In a guide wire holder (1) for receiving and securing a medical guide wire (4) and for mounting on a medical appliance, in particular on an endoscope, with a mounting part (2) through which the guide wire (4) can be guided, and with a guide wire support (3) which is connected to and protrudes from the mounting part (2) and allows the guide wire (4) to be secured by means of a guide wire receiver, which contains a guide wire deflector (6) that tensions the guide wire (4) and deflects it, at a distance from the mounting part (2), in a direction leading away from its direction of passage through the mounting part (2) and which is followed, at a further distance from the mounting part (2), by an additional guide wire deflector (9), the additional guide wire deflector (9) is formed, at or near the top of the guide wire support (3), with a guide wire contact surface, on which the guide wire (4) can be guided along a guide track, by means of which, in the area of the guide wire contact surface, a frictional resistan

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for treating bladder emptying dysfunctions of a human, in which a catheter that can be inserted into the urethra is provided with a bladder emptying channel and with a balloon arrangement, which serves to seal the bladder and to hold the catheter inside the bladder lumen and which can be filled with a fluid. In addition, an automatically closing valve having an elastically held closure part is provided in a proximal end area of the catheter and is connected via a connecting channel filled with an actuating fluid to an actuating balloon placed at the distal end section of the catheter. Without the use of mechanical means, the closure part can be lead out of a sealing system solely due to a hydraulic action effected by the actuating balloon via the hydraulic pressure built up in the connecting channel at said proximal end section.
