  • Patent number: 11601633
Abstract: A system and method for creating an improved three-dimensional image includes several steps. One step includes providing one or more adjacent viewing zones, where each of the adjacent viewing zones includes several views of content, and where the adjacent viewing zones include central subset zones that include centrally located views within the adjacent viewing zones, and transition subset views that include views at edges of the adjacent viewing zones. Another step includes inserting at least one of the views from the central subset views into the transition zone to create an expanded transition zone. A further step includes removing at least one transition subset view from the adjacent viewing zone and replacing the removed at least one transition subset view with the inserted at least one of the views from the central subset views.

  • Patent number: 10650361
Abstract: A computer-implemented system for analyzing copyright right ownership of a media content containing one or more copyrighted works, comprising the steps of: receiving, by a controller having a CPU, a media content from a first user via a wide area network, the media content comprising a mix of copyrighted works; parsing the media content into a format recognizable by a fingerprinting analytical algorithm; determining by the controller using the fingerprinting analytical algorithm copyright ownership information in the received media content; monitoring by the controller a playing of a select length of the media content from the content storage device by a second user; and reporting to a system operated by a copyright licensing entity by the controller the copyright ownership information associated with the select length of the media content played by the second user.

  • Publication number: 20120200916
Abstract: A method for creating a three-dimensional multi-stereoscopic viewing apparatus includes determining characteristics of an electronically illuminating color matrix panel display having first a pixel arrangement. The method also includes determining a specification for a lenticular lens configured to convert the first pixel arrangement to a second pixel arrangement and placing the lenticular lens on the display panel. The specification for the lenticular lens is determined by calculating a viewing distance from a refraction index, a width of the display panel, and an average distance between human eyes. Determining the specification for the lenticular lens also includes determining a viewing angle that maximizes viewing characteristics and determining characteristics of the lenticular lens.

  • Publication number: 20120002278
Abstract: A three-dimensional optical display system and method that reduces moiré patterns formed between the image display panel and a 3D lens. The reduction of moiré patterns may be achieved by adding a lenticular anti-moiré lens or by curving the 3D lens into a convex shape. The anti-moiré lens may have a regular period, or may incorporate random elements.

  • Patent number: 7631450
Abstract: Frame assemblies (10) for displaying sheets of advertising on portable structures such as portable toilets are adapted for durability and ease of use and maintenance. In various embodiments a frame assembly according to the invention may comprise a cover (32) for protecting sheets of advertising, a backing (34) for supporting the sheets, and various types of novel frame members (12). In other embodiments frame assemblies according to the invention can comprise sets (72, 74) of mating frame members (12), the frame members held together, when advertising is installed, at least partly by the interaction of flanges or other portions of the mating members.

  • Publication number: 20080249862
Abstract: A method which is a two-way transaction between a media services provider (MSP) and a Client, the MSP making an investment with the Client in an amount based upon the purchase of advertising services from the MSP by the Client. The Client provides the MSP with its products and/or services in return for the MSP's investment, which the MSP remarkets Client's products and/or services to recoup its investment and earn a profit, at no cost to the Client. The method may also be employed between a provider (P) and a Client wherein the Client purchases either goods or both goods and services through P, P then reinvesting in the Client's business, and the Client providing its products and/or services to P who remarkets the Client's products and/or services at no cost to the Client, as described in the MSP/Client example, set forth above.

  • Publication number: 20030204592
Abstract: The present system for uniquely identifying assets and subscribers in a multi-media communication network assigns a unique and substantially self-identifying signature to every asset managed by the multi-media communication network as well as the subscribers who access the multi-media communication network. The signature ID system operates as an overlay on the multi-media communication networks to receive individual subscriber requests for a selected multi-media asset and deliver that asset as desired to the requesting subscriber. This service is facilitated by the use of the signature ID system which is used to assign each subscriber and asset a unique identification, that contains both immutable and dynamically assignable segments. The registration system component functions to authorize the registration of subscribers and/or assets and assign their respective unique identification.
