Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a series of modified images intended for forming an iridescent image, using at least one reference image, characterised by including steps of creating a color pallet (P); creating a series of at least two modified reference images (IRM0, IRM1, IRM2, IRMn, etc.), in which the colors of said at least one reference image (IR) are replaced with the colors of the pallet by applying, before or between each new modified reference image (IRM), a circular shift to the colors of the pallet. The invention also relates to the inter-laced, iridescent, 3-D images obtained using such a method, as well as to a device including such an interlaced image and an associated program.
