  • Patent number: 12089200
Abstract: System and method of cooperative multi-band wireless STA communication that enables full duplex operations are disclosed herein. Frames are configured to carry band information and are selected to be transmitted simultaneously in multiple bands based on various constraints to avoid out-of-order delivery. For frames under a block ACK agreement, a transmit STA can specify the transmission bands for the frames in an ADDBA request frame. While a first band is transmitting a first frame under a block ACK agreement, the second band can be used to transmit a frame under the same block ACK agreement as, and from the same traffic flow with, the first frame. Otherwise, the second band can be used to transmit a frame with a different TID than the first frame.

  • Patent number: 12082214
Abstract: The UE allocates a slot group including a number of consecutive slots based on an operating subcarrier spacing. The UE receives a configuration allocating blind detections over non-overlapping CCEs in the slot group among a group of component carriers of the UE using the operating subcarrier spacing. The UE performs, in the slot group, a next set of blind detections over a next set of non-overlapping CCEs on a given component carrier of the group of component carriers in accordance with the configuration, when (a) a total number of blind detections that would have been performed in the slot group by the UE does not exceed a limit of total blind detections and (b) a total number of non-overlapping CCEs that would have been monitored in the slot group by the UE does not exceed a limit of total non-overlapping CCEs.

  • Patent number: 12052596
Abstract: Various solutions pertaining to reporting of best wideband (WB) channel quality indicator (CQI) in mobile communications are described. An apparatus implemented in a user equipment (UE) calculates a value of a modified wideband channel quality indicator (WB-CQI) with respect to a wideband based on CQI values of a subset of subbands of a plurality of subbands in the wideband. The apparatus then reports the modified WB-CQI to a network. In calculating the value of the WB-CQI, the apparatus excludes one or more subbands from the plurality of subbands to result in the subset of subbands used in calculating the value of the WB-CQI. A respective CQI value of each of the excluded one or more subbands is lower than a respective CQI value of each of the subset of subbands.

The push-start XO includes an inverting amplifier and a push-start logic control circuit, wherein the inverting amplifier is coupled to a crystal load. The inverting amplifier generates a first XO signal and a second XO signal. The push-start logic control circuit receives a feedback clock from a phase locked loop (PLL), and generates a phase control clock according to the feedback clock, wherein a push phase and a settle phase are specified by the phase control clock. During the settle phase, the PLL calibrates a frequency of the feedback clock according to the second XO signal. During the push phase, the feedback clock is transmitted to the inverting amplifier in order to increase the amplitude of the first XO signal.

  • Publication number: 20240235632
Abstract: Described herein are systems for vector modulated beamforming that may be implemented in a space-efficient manner and with high channel isolation. In some embodiments, systems described herein may perform I/Q vector modulation downstream of receive signal summation and/or upstream of transmit signal division. Implementing I/Q modulation on a transmit signal prior to dividing the transmit signal among multiple transmit channels, and/or on a receive signal after multiple receive channels have been summed to form the receive signal, may use fewer I/Q modulators than channels, such as a single I/Q modulator. Having fewer I/Q modulators than channels results in a space-efficient beamforming architecture having low channel crosstalk and/or permits use of a simple I/Q modulator calibration procedure.
