    Abstract: Described herein are phased array and transceiver systems with distortion measurement circuitry configured to obtain distortion measurements of system transmitters and provide the distortion measurements to receive beamforming components of the system. Such systems advantageously make use of existing beamforming components of the system to additionally route distortion measurements for baseband DPD processing. Such systems may not need external components to measure signals radiated by antennas of the system or dedicated paths linking system transmitters directly to a baseband processor. In some embodiments, receive beamforming components may be configured to sum distortion measurements from each transmitter to create an aggregate distortion measurement usable as representative of the average transmitter for DPD processing.

    Abstract: A system on chip includes a secure processing unit (SPU), an artificial intelligence/machine learning accelerator (AI/ML accelerator), a memory inline cypher engine, and a central processing unit (CPU). The AI/ML accelerator includes a micro control unit (MCU) for intelligently linking access identifications (IDs) to version numbers (VNs). The inline cypher engine is coupled to the AI/ML accelerator and the SPU for receiving a register file from the MCU, encrypting data received from the AI/ML accelerator, and comparing the biometrics of the users received from the SPU with the data. The CPU is coupled to the SPU and the AI/ML accelerator for controlling the SPU and the AI/ML accelerator.

In some embodiments, systems described herein may perform I/Q vector modulation downstream of receive signal summation and/or upstream of transmit signal division. Implementing I/Q modulation on a transmit signal prior to dividing the transmit signal among multiple transmit channels, and/or on a receive signal after multiple receive channels have been summed to form the receive signal, may use fewer I/Q modulators than channels, such as a single I/Q modulator. Having fewer I/Q modulators than channels results in a space-efficient beamforming architecture having low channel crosstalk and/or permits use of a simple I/Q modulator calibration procedure.

    Abstract: A push-start crystal oscillator (XO), an associated electronic device and a push-start method for performing a start-up procedure of an XO are provided. During the settle phase, the PLL calibrates a frequency of the feedback clock according to the second XO signal. During the push phase, the feedback clock is transmitted to the inverting amplifier in order to increase the amplitude of the first XO signal.
