  • Patent number: 12380974
Abstract: Systems and methods for maintaining an electronic health records system, including a server storing a medical records database. Requests for medical data for a patient in a master problem list are received from a user device, and appropriate list permissions are determined and granted for hierarchical derivative problem lists. Annotated data is received at the server from a user device based on annotations made to a derivative problem list, and problem lists are updated with the received annotated data in real time. The received annotated data is compared with current entries using natural language processing to detect duplicate entries, the duplicate entries are iteratively detected and removed from the master problem list, and non-duplicate entries are stored in authorized derivative problem lists based on the natural language processing and list update permissions for each of the derivative problem lists.

  • Patent number: 12377266
Abstract: An apparatus includes a frame, a sensor, and an electric stimulator. The frame is removably couplable to a portion of a limb. The sensor is configured to produce a first signal associated with a gait characteristic at a first time, and a second signal associated with the gait characteristic at a second time, after the first time. The electric stimulator is removably coupled to the frame and is in electrical communication with an electrode assembly and the sensor to receive the first signal substantially at the first time and the second signal substantially at the second time. Based in part on the gait characteristic at the first time, the electric stimulator sends a third signal to the electrode assembly to provide an electric stimulation to a portion of a neuromuscular system of the limb substantially during a time period defined between the first time and the second time.

  • Patent number: 12380982
Abstract: A system and method that identifies delayed infusion programs at an infusion pump or with a first computer and an infusion pump. The first computer receives an infusion auto-program from a remote source, transmits the infusion auto-program to the infusion pump, and sends a stale auto-program to the infusion pump. The infusion pump receives a manual infusion program, saves and executes the manual infusion program, and compares the stale auto-program to the manual infusion program to identify potential matches between the stale auto-program and the manual infusion program. The infusion pump evaluates the potential matches and determines if the potential matches are within a predefined tolerance, continues to execute the at least one manual infusion program on the infusion pump if the potential matches are within the predefined tolerance, and remotely saves differences in the manual infusion program and the at stale auto-program in a remote server for later analysis.
