The computer program includes a code segment for receiving at the computer system medical information for an individual; a code segment for storing the medical information in a web based account hosted by the computer system; a code segment for associating the web based account with a scannable code; and a code segment for providing access to some of the medical information in the web based account to a device that is used to scan an object on which the code is printed.
