Abstract: A cannula comprising a plastic tube having three longitudinal chambers, including a main chamber, a first lateral chamber and a second lateral chamber, and at least one reinforced section ensuring constant internal diameter, wherein the cannula is equipped from the distal side with a round end narrowing towards the end, in which there are longitudinal holes of a size enabling free venous blood flow, and a balloon. A fragment of the reinforced tube section located below the balloon is bent under an angle ? of approximately 90°. From the proximal side, the tube ends with a flexible cone, sealing the cannula tightly, inside which there is a valve closing the main chamber and a port for inflating the balloon connected to the first lateral chamber.

Abstract: A cannula for minimally invasive surgical tricuspid valve repair, which is constituted by a tube (5). equipped, at its distal end. with a head (2) consisting of a cone-shaped rigid ring (3) and connected to it on the other side of a flexible ring (4). where the flexible ring (4) in the folded state has a disk shape, and on top of the head (2) there is an axial hole (8) leading to the interior of the cannula (1). and where on the whole length of the head (2) and on a part of the tube (5) near the connection to the head (2), from the inside, there is a thin guide sleeve (6) which, on the section of the rigid ring (3) is permanently attached to the surface of its wall, while on its remaining length, it is slidably movable relative to the wall of the tube (5).
Abstract: The multifunctional, electrophysiological diagnostic catheter for electrocardiologic treatments includes a distal end, diagnostic rings, a balloon, a main channel, a manipulation handgrip, functional connection and internal channels. There is an internally-located open central channel, wherein inlet/outlet of an internal channel is located in the distal ring. There is a pumping channel for pumping up and pumping out of the occlusion-stabilizing balloon located after the diagnostic rings. There is a division of a central channel into two branches in the region of the catheter proximal end.
