Abstract: The apparatus comprises a filling nozzle having a conical part so that it can fit in a leaktight manner on to a burred aperture in a tooth to be filled. The nozzle has a suction tube and a first annular channel connected to the suction tube and coming out into the dental cavity in order to create a vacuum therein. A second central channel serves to bring a filling paste from a reservoir to the dental cavity. The cross-section of flow of the first channel is several times smaller than that of the second channel, so that the paste travels much more slowly in the first channel than in the second, under the effect of the partial vacuum in the dental cavity.
Abstract: The connection piece (2), which can be fitted in a sealed manner on an opening in the pulp chamber of a tooth, comprises a liquid injector (24) and a discharge duct (25) which lead into the pulp chamber. A vacuum pump (5) is connected to the discharge duct (25) so as to produce bubbles in the liquid inside the tooth. A pressure pump (3) connected to a liquid reservoir conveys the said liquid to the injector (24) so as to produce, by means of impulsion of the said bubbles, a cavitation in the liquid inside the tooth, owing to the action of the pressure.
Abstract: A prefilled ampoule-syringe of unitary dose comprises an ampoule being closed at one of its ends, the other end being open. The ampoule further comprises a narrowed zone. A hollow capsule is arranged at top of the opening of the ampoule. This capsule is connected to a movable stopper means comprising a stopper head and a hollow cylindrical member having a radial channel and a peripheral rim. This rim acts as a retention member during the storage and as a piston ring during the injection. In order to avoid the loss of its elasticity, the rim is located within a belt of enlarged diameter downstream from the narrowed zone during the storage.
Abstract: The prefilled single-dose syringe 10 in the application features a barrel 11 provided with an narrowed-diameter portion 27 or neck and a rim surrounding its opening; a nozzle 12 equipped with finger stubs and a needle-carrying ferrule 13 transpierced by an axial channel 31; and a stoppering device 23 featuring an elastomer stoppering cork mounted at the end of a bracing ferrule that is attached to the bottom of the nozzle. This lower end of the bracing ferrule fits onto a collar, in the shape of a truncated cone, that is part of the bottom of the nozzle. This collar serves as a support for a membrane microfilter 28, which is pressed between the opposing surfaces of the bracing ferrule and the filter-carrying ferrule.
