  • Patent number: 11933969
Abstract: An optical engine module including at least two laser sources, collimators, a light combining lens group, an aperture, a beam shaping lens group, a MEMS scanning module, and a beam expansion lens group is provided. The at least two laser sources respectively generate at least two laser beams with different wavelengths. The collimators respectively collimate the at least two laser beams to generate at least two collimated beams. The light combining lens group combines the at least two collimated beams into a combined beam. The aperture filters stray beams of the combined beam. The beam shaping lens group shapes the combined beam to generate a shaped beam with a perfect circle. The MEMS scanning module reflects the shaped beam and scans in horizontal and vertical directions to form a scanning beam. The beam expansion lens group expands the scanning beam into an expanded beam having a predetermined area.

  • Patent number: 11640067
Abstract: A laser projecting device and a light-combining lens are provided. The light-combining lens is a one-piece structure, and has a difference of refractive indexes less than 0.2. The light-combining lens includes collimation surfaces, reflection surfaces, and a light emergent surface. Each collimation surface defines a collimation path inside the light-combining lens. The reflection surfaces respectively located at the collimation paths are parallel to each other and arranged along an arrangement direction. The light emergent surface is located at the arrangement direction. Each reflection surface and the corresponding collimation path have an acute angle therebetween to define a reflection path. The reflection paths are overlapped in the light-combining lens to define a light-combining path.

  • Patent number: 11550210
Abstract: A projecting apparatus is provided, and includes a frame, a light source module, and a microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) module. The frame includes two lateral boards respectively arranged on two opposite sides thereof, and a transverse beam that connects the two lateral boards. Each of the two lateral boards has a guiding slot recessed in a portion thereof. The MEMS module is configured to transmit light emitted from the light source module, and includes a flexible circuit board, a first MEMS unit, and a second MEMS unit, the latter two of which are connected to the flexible circuit board. The first MEMS unit is inserted into the guiding slots of the two lateral boards. The second MEMS unit abuts against the two lateral boards and/or the transverse beam. The first MEMS unit and the second MEMS unit have a predetermined angle there-between by the second frame portion.

  • Patent number: 11460703
Abstract: A laser optical projection module and a wearable device are provided. The laser optical projection module includes a laser beam scanning device, a first optical lens assembly on a side of the laser beam scanning device, and a microlens array. The laser beam scanning device has a laser light source and a micro-electro-mechanical micromirror. A laser beam emitted from the laser light source is reflected and projected by the swinging micro-electro-mechanical micromirror. Light spots of the laser beam emitted from the laser beam scanning device are reduced by the first optical lens assembly, and a pitch between the light spots is decreased. The microlens array having microlenses is configured on a side of the first optical lens assembly and on a projecting direction of the laser beam. A uniform imaging image formed by uniform and parallel imaging lights is obtained after the laser beam passes through the microlenses.
