Abstract: A hand-held pneumatic device, such as a C ring clamping device, comprises a main body, a grip joined to a lower portion of the main body, a pneumatic cylinder contained in the main body, and a directional control valve contained in the main body. A first air discharge passage formed in the grip is connected to a first discharge port of the directional control valve and has an open end in a lower end portion of the grip. A second air discharge passage formed in the main body is connected to a second discharge port of the directional control valve and has an open end opening in a back portion of the main body. The open end of the second air discharge passage is connected to an inner portion of the first air discharge passage, near the first discharge port of the directional control valve, so that air is discharged through the open end of the first air discharge passage.

Abstract: An injection molding apparatus comprising an injection unit having a plurality of injection nozzles of which respective distal end portions move back and forth between a first position and a second position, a mold clamp unit comprising a first mold clamp unit having a first frame body and an upper mold, a second mold clamp unit having a second frame body and a lower mold. A plurality of nozzle reception portions to which the distal end portions of the injection nozzles fit respectively are formed in one of the first and second frame bodies, and a resin introduction passage for introducing the molten resin from central portions of the plurality of nozzle reception portions to a plurality of cavities formed between the upper mold and lower mold as they are clamped is formed. The plurality of injection nozzles are mounted to the injection unit so as to permit the respective distal end portions to move loosely in any direction in response to an external force applied thereto.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hog ring clamping device such as a C ring clamping device. In the hog ring clamping device of the invention, a hog ring magazine and jaws are provided to a hog ring clamping device body. A main pneumatic cylinder for moving the jaws pivotally is installed. A feed pneumatic cylinder is attached to the hog ring clamping device body. At least one feed member is mounted to a piston rod of the feed pneumatic cylinder with a unidirectional rotating device therebetween. The feed member is placed in a position for contact with hog rings engaged with the hog ring magazine. A bracket is mounted on the hog ring clamping device body. An arm is mounted pivotally to the bracket and a unidirectional rotating device is mounted to the arm. A presser wheel is mounted on the unidirectional rotating device, and a rod is attached to the arm. A coil spring is used to connect the arm with the bracket resiliently.
