    Abstract: A composition in a form suitable for topical administration has, in a cosmetically and/or pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, at least one nettle (Urtica) extract, and can include a mixture of at least five plant extracts. Methods to manufacture such a composition are also disclosed. Such a composition is particularly useful for the prevention, treatment, relief and alleviation of the symptoms of haemorrhoidal disease as well as aiding healing, and soothing burns.
