    Abstract: A high-temperature battery for the power supply of electrically powered vehicles is disclosed which has a thermally insulating housing and a cooling system with a cooling body which is arranged inside the thermally insulating housing. Air or other fluid coolant flows through the cooling body and is supplied through an insulating wall of the housing solely by means of coolant inlet and air outlet connecting elements arranged on the housing. The cooling body is formed by a parallel arrangement of plate-shaped cooling-body elements through which coolant flows and which are designed as hollow bodies. The bar-shaped battery cells are arranged in the space between the cooling-body elements. The coolant inlet and outlet are arranged at one side of the housing and are connected to inlet and outlet openings of the cooling-body elements so as to provide optimum cross-flow cooling power on the battery cells. Coolant in the form of air or oil can be used according to preferred embodiments.

    Abstract: A hard-top vehicle is provided with a roof structure which includes at least one roof part and a rear-window part and which can be pivoted, via a positive-control device supported such that it is fixed to the bodywork, from a closed position in which it bears in the region of the front windscreen frame and covers the rear-passenger-compartment region into an open position, towards the tail-end region of the vehicle. In the open position, the roof structure can be lowered into a folding-top compartment in the region of a tail gate supported via a pivot pin. The tail gate is articulated via its pivot pin, on an auxiliary frame. For its part, the auxiliary frame is supported, via a pivot pin, on the bodywork in the lower vehicle end region.

    Abstract: A safety belt reeling device with comfort function has a housing and a reeling shaft rotatably supported in the housing. A pawl wheel is fastened to the reeling shaft and switchable between a locked position in which rotation of the pawl wheel is blocked and a release position in which the pawl wheel is rotatable. A winding spring, connected with a first end to the housing and with a second end to the pawl wheel, is provided for rotating the reeling shaft when the pawl wheel is in the release position. A comfort spring with a weaker spring force than the winding spring is provided. The comfort spring is connected with a first end to the pawl wheel and with a second end to the reeling shaft. The pawl wheel has a stay with a first and a second end. The first end of the comfort spring is guided in a single loop about the first end of the stay. An elastically deformable dampening element is positioned between the first end of the stay and the single loop.

    Abstract: An adjustable strut (1) for motor vehicles. It includes a dashpot that comprises a piston accommodated in a shock-absorbing cylinder (2) accommodated in a helical spring (7). The piston divides the shock-absorbing cylinder into two chambers and is attached to a rod (8). The rod extends out of the shock-absorbing cylinder through an alignment-and-sealing package at one end. The rod is articulated to the wheel mass or carriagework at one end and the shock-absorbing cylinder to the complementary component at the other end. The helical spring is secured and tensioned between two cup springs. The first cup spring (5) is attached to the shock-absorbing cylinder by two height-adjustment cylinders that surround the latter concentrically. One height-adjustment cylinder slides in and out inside the other. The second cup spring (6) is attached to the piston rod in the vicinity of its articulation to the wheel mass or carriagework.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a fastening device for a vehicle battery having a shell fixedly received in the vehicle for placing the battery and having a clamping bow which clamps the battery to the shell and extends in a U-shape over the battery. For reducing the manufacturing costs while the mounting times are shorter, the clamping bow is constructed as a one-piece U-shaped tension band made of spring steel with suspension hooks formed at the leg ends and a protuberance shaped out in the band web and pointing away from the battery top side. By pressing the protuberance flat, the suspension hooks can be hooked into corresponding suspension members on the shell, and after the release of the protuberance, the battery is force-lockingly fixed on the shell by means of the tension band.

In particular, the two sitting pressure points of human buttocks and their immediate environment are simulated as naturally as possible in terms of shape, position, hardness, and local hardness distribution.

The noble metal compounds are subsequently brought into their elemental state by means of a reducing medium flowing through the catalyst, after which the washcoat applied is dried by heat treatment or calcination. The first line is arranged at least partly in a region before the catalyst within the second line and at its ends nearest the catalyst is provided with an atomization device.

The method and apparatus can be used to test whether the injection valves are correctly connected with the connection individually intended for them. The method and apparatus may be used in a bench test for an internal combustion engine.
