Abstract: An apparatus for holding a flower pot comprises an object holding device and a plate. The object holding device is dimensioned to conform to the rim of the flower pot. The plate is affixed to the object holding device such that a first flat major surface of the plate extends radially out from the object holding device and the first flat major surface is orthogonal to the cross-section of the object holding device. A first clipping device is affixed to and extends from the first flat major surface of the plate. Similarly, a second clipping device is affixed to and extends from the first flat major surface of the plate. The first and second clipping devices are fixedly positioned in spaced apart opposing fashion so as to form a vertical channel therethrough when oriented such that the cross section of the object holding device extends horizontally out from the plate.
