Abstract: The object of the invention is a tubular compression garment for monitoring the therapy and physiological activity of the wearer, which belongs to the field of medical devices and can be used, among other things, for the treatment or alleviation of symptoms of various diseases, preferably for the treatment or alleviation of symptoms of venous vasculature in the legs. A tubular compression garment for monitoring the therapy and physiological activity of the person comprises a classic tubular compression garment (20) with an attached stretch-measuring sensor (10) and a sensor-control unit (6) with contacts (4, 11, 12) for connection to the stretch-measuring sensor (10), wherein the sensor-control unit (6) further comprises a motion sensor, a photoplethysmographic sensor, a temperature sensor, and a processing unit with a clock; and wherein a sensor-control unit (6) is detachably secured to the compression garment (20).
