One aspect of the invention is directed to capturing history of a (real) property, which may include a description of the property, the personal property located on the real property, the projects and maintenance performed or to be performed on the property and their impact on the owner's tax basis in the property. Another aspect of invention allows for sharing of this history with an online community and for transferring the history (or portions thereof) on sale to a buyer.

Abstract: We describe a method for conducting an assay in a multi-well assay plate using an apparatus comprising a light detection subsystem, a liquid handling subsystem, and a plate handling subsystem. This is particularly well suited for conducting automated sampling, sample preparation, and analysis in a multi-well plate assay format. For example, it may be used for automated analysis of particulates in air and/or liquid samples derived therefrom in environmental monitoring.

Abstract: A method and system of conducting transactions in securities provides a measure of economic benefit to the issuing entity whenever a security issued by the entity is involved in a transaction. For example, an entity issuing stock may receive a measure of economic benefit whenever the stock is traded between third parties on a stock exchange. A computer system or computer program running on a computer system forming a computerized exchange may be provided to enable transactions in securities and to calculate a measure of economic benefit payable to the issuing entity for transactions involving securities issued by that entity. The measure of economic benefit may take the form of any benefit to the issuing entity or of detriment to one of the other parties or intermediaries involved in the transaction.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods for conducting diagnostic tests for the detection of the inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Also described are methods for monitoring a patient by administering tests of the present invention. Also described are methods for monitoring patient's treatment by administering tests of the present invention. Also described are methods for evaluating the effectiveness of a drug or a drug candidate by administering tests of the present invention to samples from patients, animal models, and cell cultures treated with a drug or a drug candidate. Also disclosed are methods for determining the usefulness of analytes, e.g. cytokines, for acting as diagnostic and monitoring markers for inflammatory bowel disease in the various methods of the invention.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods for conducting assays of samples, such as whole blood, that may contain cells or other particulate matter. Also disclosed are systems, devices, equipment, kits and reagents for use in such methods. One advantage of certain disclosed methods and systems is the ability to rapidly measure the concentration of an analyte of interest in blood plasma from a whole blood sample without blood separation and hematocrit correction.
