  • Patent number: 11995145
Abstract: The present disclosure describes how to capture events (e.g., changes and user interactions) of a document and combine those changes with the original tree data structure displayed to accurately and efficiently enable a replay engine to redisplay the tree data structure, changes, and user interactions which occurred at the client device. The data collected from a client-side capture engine can be combined with a minimal amount of contextual information to a replay engine so as to accurately and efficiently replay a session of a plurality of documents.

  • Patent number: 11960354
Abstract: The present embodiments relate to proactive learning of network software problems. In an embodiment, a method includes receiving, by a detection system, webpage data from a computer system. The computer system can receive the webpage data from a plurality of client devices. The webpage data can be associated with user identifiers identifying each client device of the plurality of client devices. The detection system can then receive assistance data from a user assistance computer. The user assistance computer can receive the assistance data from a plurality of user devices. The assistance data can be associated with user identifiers identifying each user device of the plurality of user devices. The detection system can label the webpage data based on the assistance data including matching user identifiers and then determine at least a pattern based on the labeled webpage data.

  • Patent number: 11941145
Abstract: A method includes sequentially generating fragment records for a user device according to fragment generation rules specifying that each subsequent fragment record be generated for user device events that occur within a defined period of time. Each fragment record includes event data for a series of user device events and includes a fragment ID generated using a non-deterministic ID generation algorithm. The method includes generating an ID-fragment record associating a chain ID with the fragment IDs. The chain ID is associated with device IDs that identify the user device. The method includes removing associations between the chain ID and fragment IDs according to removal parameters indicating that associations be removed based on an age of the fragment records. The method includes generating at least one of search results and advertisements for the user device based on the event data in the fragment records that remain associated with the chain ID.

  • Patent number: 11930085
Abstract: A method includes receiving first event data from a device, the first event data including a first identifier (ID) that identifies the device, web browser metadata, and data associated with an application state. The method includes generating a first persona including the first ID and a first event identifier that identifies a first user action. The method includes receiving second event data, the second event data including device metadata and a second ID that identifies the device. The method includes generating a second persona based on the second event data, the second persona including the second ID and a second event identifier that identifies a second user action. Additionally, the method includes determining that the first and second personas are associated with the device based on matches between the browser metadata and device metadata and transmitting a response to the device configured to route the device to the application state.

  • Patent number: 11925231
Abstract: Protective goggles for human use including a pair of protective goggles for human use with at least one lens, an upper edge that is positioned against the user's forehead and a lower edge that is positioned against the user's cheek. Each of the user's eyes are covered by a separate section of lens and each of these sections extends along at least one line of curvature. It is intended that each lens section has a first and a second line of curvature that, at least in substantial part, are positioned transversely to one another, and along which the individual sections of lens extend; furthermore, that the lines of curvature of one lens section are inclined towards the lines of curvature of the other lens section in terms of their positioning.

  • Publication number: 20240080355
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for identifying issues related to digital interactions. For example, a detection system may be provided to analyze suspect sessions to determine if one or more stages associated with the suspect sessions are underperforming compared to corresponding stages associated with similar sessions. The detection system may provide a user interface that allows a user to select one or more attributes that may be associated with one or more sessions. Selection of the one or more attributes may identify multiple sessions (referred to as suspect sessions herein). The one or more suspect sessions may be analyzed to determine whether one or more stages associated with the one or more suspect sessions are underperforming compared to corresponding stages associated with one or more other sessions determined to be similar to the one or more suspect sessions.

  • Patent number: 11906375
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods for low-cost, high-volume production of strain gages having substantially uniform gage-to-gage resistances. Strain gages in accordance with the present disclosure are sculpted from a device layer of a semiconductor-on-insulator wafer using deep reactive ion etching, thereby enabling well-controlled electrical properties and physical dimensions of the strain gages. In some embodiments, groups of fully fabricated strain gages are physically connected to handling frames via sprues to facilitate handling, automated assembly, and/or tracing of individual gages from the beginning of fabrication through final packaging. In some embodiments, sprues are configured to mitigate accidental separation of the gages from their frames while simultaneously enabling their removal in response to specific forces applied by a handling tool.

  • Publication number: 20240054030
Abstract: A user device executes a partner application including a partner application module. The module acquires a first set of events associated with user actions in the partner application. The module reports a first subset of the first set of events to a remote computing system. The module refrains from reporting a second subset to the remote system based on satisfaction of initial event capping conditions that indicate which events should not be reported to the remote system. The module receives updated event capping conditions from the remote system that are different than the initial conditions, acquires a second set of events, and reports a first subset of the second set to the remote system. The module refrains from reporting a second subset of the second set to the remote system based on satisfaction of the updated conditions. The remote system reports the first subsets to a partner device.

  • Publication number: 20230409803
Abstract: Techniques can capture, store, and regenerate a view of content in applications (e.g., native applications) on devices (e.g., a mobile device). A capture management system can produce compact data storage of views of content in an application on a device and the efficient search thereof of views of content provided in the application. The views of content can be translated into a transportable data layer, such as HTML, and captured using delta encoding to identify changes and modifications in content accessed in any application at a device. A capture management system can accurately and efficiently capture events displayed for an application at a device and send the events to a server-side system, which can combine the events to reassemble the events. A user interface and user interaction events on an application at a mobile device can be reassembled for the purpose of playback and analysis of interactions with the application.

  • Publication number: 20230401122
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for evaluating user activities on a website for detecting and alerting anomalies with the website. For example, an alerting system may determine a set of time-windows for each of a set of attribute value(s) and use a set of performance metrics and/or web session events for the time-windows from historical web sessions to detect an anomaly in a current time-window. The alerting system may determine an evaluation range based on weighted performance ranges, and alert a client indicating a performance anomaly if a performance metric at the time of evaluation are out of the evaluation range. Attribute value(s) related to a website issue can be identified based on a correlated to anomalous web session events or to an anomalous time-window.

  • Publication number: 20230396688
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for determining an impact of slow performing webpages on a website. For example, a detection system may be provided to determine timing distributions for webpages by analyzing timing measurements for different timing metrics. The detection system may determine ranges of the timing distributions for slow and fast group of users of the website. The detection system may analyze user interactions of slow and fast group of users on the website. The detection system may further determine impacts of poor performing webpages on the website's performance based on the analysis of the user interactions on the webpages. The detection system may classify the impacts the webpages of the website and display the classifications to a website provider for identifying network operation(s) contributing to poor performance of the webpages.

  • Publication number: 20230334239
Abstract: A method includes receiving a request from a user device accessing a webpage, the request including a webpage uniform resource locator (URL) and a user device identifier. The method includes retrieving a list of events associated with the user device based on the device identifier. The method further includes retrieving sets of rules. Each set of rules indicates events and URLs that satisfy the set of rules. Each set of rules is associated with a template that includes link rendering data for rendering a link on the user device. The method includes identifying a set of rules that is satisfied by the received URL and events, transmitting link rendering data associated with the identified set of rules to the user device, and transmitting link routing data to the user device. The link routing data is configured to route the user device to an application state corresponding to the webpage.
