Abstract: An adjustable shelf includes a pair of lateral support assemblies, each having a pair of terminal ends. The lateral support assemblies each include a plurality of members movable relative to each other so that a distance between the terminal ends of each lateral support assembly is variable. The adjustable shelf also includes a pair of mounting bars disposed substantially transverse to the lateral support assemblies. A plurality of pivoting mechanisms are also provided, each including a frame secured to one of the mounting bars and a securing member for pivotally securing a respective terminal end of one of the lateral support assemblies to the frame.

A first heater is disposed on an external surface of the steam generator and a second heater is disposed within the interior of the chamber.
