Abstract: A linear actuator for a high-pressure pump (1), the actuator comprising a rolling spindle with a shaft (10), a first nut (21) and a second nut (22), the nuts (21, 22) operatively connected to a first threaded section (11) and a second threaded section (12) of the shaft (10), respectively, the sections being configured with opposite threading directions, such that when rotating the nuts (21, 22) in opposite directions, the shaft (10) is axially movable with respect to the nuts (21, 22) in one same direction and an actuator for driving the movement of the shaft (10) simultaneously rotating the nuts (21, 22) in opposite directions.
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for the treatment of food by means of high pressure and temperature, comprising a circuit (C) through which a fluid (F) circulates, going through a receptacle (1) provided with a treatment chamber (11) in which the food to be treated is introduced, the circuit (C) comprising pumping means which increase the pressure of the fluid (F) and maintain a constant circulation of fluid (F) in the circuit (C), and heat transfer means which increase the temperature of a first flow (F?) of fluid (F) and reduce the temperature of a second flow (F?) of fluid (F); and the receptacle (1) comprising a peripheral chamber which receives the second flow (F?) of fluid (F), and closure caps comprising a first conduit configured for allowing the passage of the first flow (F?) of fluid (F) to the treatment chamber and a second conduit configured for allowing the passage of the second flow (F?) of fluid (F) to the peripheral chamber.
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for cutting food products for packing purposes, comprising an area at which large blocks of the products are supplied, followed by a cutting zone in which the blocks are divided into flat slices which are distributed through parallel cutting channels, in which the slices are divided into pieces which are in turn cut into a quadrangular portion which is conveyed to a packing chain by means of an unloading device.
