Abstract: A hydrocyclone separator for classifying solid material in liquid suspension is disclosed. The hydrocyclone separator comprises a head part having an inlet conduit, a conically tapered separation part, an adjustable apex discharge port, and a tail pipe. According to the invention the adjustable apex discharge port comprises an abrasive-resistant resilient body in which an apex orifice port is arranged, and an adjustment sleeve configured to circumferentially enclose the resilient body, which sleeve has a tapered conical surface configured to abut an outer surface of the resilient body, and which sleeve is arranged for axial displacement to thereby vary the size of the apex orifice port.

Abstract: A lifting wall arrangement at an end wall of a drum mill, having a plurality of segments which are removably installable on the end wall. Each segment includes an inner wall and an opposing outer wall. At least one lifting blade is arranged on said outer wall, such that the outer wall, the lifting blade and the inner wall define a discharge channel leading to a discharge cone. The inner wall forms a part of a sieving wall in the drum mill. Each segment constitutes an integrated unit adapted to be installed on the end wall. The disclosure also relates to a segment of a lifting wall arrangement and a drum mill comprising a lifting wall arrangement.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to an elongated insert member for a grinding roll for heavy wear operation. The insert member includes a core of a first material having a first hardness, the core having an extension in the longitudinal direction of the insert member, and a body of a second material having a second hardness, the body enclosing the core. The first hardness is greater than the second hardness. The disclosure also relates to a cassette and a segment for a grinding roll, a grinding roll and a roll machine.

Abstract: A flotation cell for separating hydrophobic particles from a mixture of particles and liquid. The cell includes a first inlet through which the mixture is provided into the cell and a second inlet through which a flow of gas is provided into the cell creating bubbles of the gas in the mixture. The cell is characterized in that the second inlet is designed to create a counter pressure for the flow of gas when entering through the second inlet.
