Abstract: A powder-metering apparatus (1) for dispensing measured doses of a powder into a receiving container has a handling and positioning device (2) with a handling arm (3) designed to handle a metering device (4, 4a, 4b, 4c). The metering device has a reservoir container (31, 31a, 31b, 31c) with a metering head (32, 32a, 32b, 32c) which has a discharge orifice (5, 6) and a flow-control element (34, 35, 36). The flow-control element controls the rate at which powder leaves the discharge orifice. The powder-metering apparatus is equipped with an impact device (11, 111) adapted to shock the metering device with upward-directed force pulses of high intensity and short duration.

Abstract: An apparatus for accurately metering out powder, comprising a container of powder, comprising an adjustable opening through which the powder is dispensed, said opening being in direct communication with the container; adjusting means for adjusting said opening; and a checking means for checking the amount of powder dispensed, in relation with said adjusting means; and a vibrating and/or tapping means for vibrating or tapping the container, wherein the container further comprises a stirrer situated within the interior volume of said container, and wherein said stirrer is arranged along an axis passing through the opening, said stirrer comprising; a first end arranged near the mid-plane of the opening, and a second end at the opposite end to the first end and which is connected to a device transmitting to the stirrer a back-and-forth movement along said axis passing through the opening, and possibly a rotary movement about said axis passing through the opening.

Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing substances, specifically powders and liquids, into a container, is designed as a compact module containing a weighing device with a load receiver, a holder device which is attached to the load receiver and serves to receive and loosely hold the container while the substances are dispensed into the container, and a liquid-dispensing device for dispensing a liquid into the container while the latter is seated in the holder device. The apparatus includes a clamping device for firmly gripping and immobilizing the container, so that a capping device that is not part of the apparatus can put a cap on the container or remove the cap from the container while the latter is seated in the holder device.
