    Abstract: A hydraulically acting damping element includes a main chamber and a compensation chamber. Two rigid end walls and a rubber-elastic circumferential wall surround one of the chambers. An elastic, pressure-stable bellows has ends and a circumference. The bellows is disposed concentrically inside the one chamber and rigidly joined to the end walls with the main chamber inside the bellows and the compensation chamber between the bellows and the circumferential wall. An over-flow circuit is formed on one of the ends of the bellows and extends over at least part of the circumference of the bellows for hydraulically connecting the main chamber and the compensation chamber.

A hydraulically damping mount element has two liquid chambers communicating with one another through an overflow conduit. The chambers include a working chamber with an upper surface. The hydraulically damping mount element is mounted as a modular component onto the lower surface of the rubber body with the lower surface of the rubber body forming the upper end surface of the working chamber.

A conical jacket-like elastomeric wall has an end surface and a bearing plate is disposed on the end surface and borders the working chamber along with the elastomeric wall. A rigid intermediate plate has an overflow conduit formed therein providing communication between the chambers. An integrated tension stop in the form of an annular stop plate has an inner edge suspended with play on the end of the cylindrical attachment for damping axial and radial mobility of the stop plate. A substantially conical jacket-like stop ring is provided for engaging the stop plate from above.

The ring has an outer surface with two axially superposed conduits formed therein having ends and extending over at least a portion of the outer periphery of the intermediate plate. The intermediate plate has a longitudinal axis and has a conduit portion formed therein extending obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis through which one end of each of the superposed conduits communicate with each other. An outer conduit wall in the form of a cylindrical mount housing has an inner wall surface covering the superposed conduits.

    Abstract: A method for producing and vulcanizing an inflatable hollow body from a double cloth having upper and lower plies with edges and pile yarns spacing the plies apart includes applying a respective gas-tight unvulcanized layer of rubber to each of the upper and lower piles of the double cloth. The edges of the upper and lower plies are joined with angle braces forming a hollow body. The hollow body is evacuated over a predetermined period of time and the hollow body is vulcanized in the evacuated state.
