    Abstract: ETA-containing wastewater discarded from a regenerator of a nuclear power plant with a pressurized water reactor is neutralized with sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value, metals are precipitated and separated, the wastewater is thereafter supplied to a filtration apparatus and filtered, and then supplied to an electrolyzer to conduct electrolysis and reduce the COD value induced by ETA to below the environmental discharge limit standard value.
