Patents Assigned to MH Sub I, LLC
  • Patent number: 12664810
Abstract: Various embodiments of the disclosure are directed to an Automated electronic Document Identification and Validation (ADIV) system and method. In the ADIV system, received via an API, words and phrases may be extracted from the document content, and Machine Learning (ML) models may be used to classify the document type. The extracted words/phrases are parsed, and key value pairs of data may be extracted. Word embedding vectors (WEVs) may be generated for the extracted words and phrases and for the keywords and key phrases. The cosine distances between the WEVs of the keywords and key phrases the WEVs of the extracted words and phrases are calculated. The key value pairs are identified based on the minimum cosine distance. The key value pairs may be used with one or more rules based models to determine document validity.

  • Patent number: 12640247
Abstract: A method is described for controlling operations of an automated refill system (AFS) to support automated communications with a plurality of interactive voice response (IVR) systems in fulfillment of a prescription order. Upon receiving a request message to refill a medicinal prescription order from a first IVR system, the AFS is configured to determine whether it is able to communicate with the first IVR system associated with a first pharmacy identified in the request message. Thereafter, the AFS determines whether the first IVR system associated with the first pharmacy provides a medication identified in the request message at a lowest cost. If so, the AFS continues operability with the first IVR system. Otherwise, the AFS selects a second IVR system associated with a second pharmacy to handle the refill order when the second pharmacy can provide the medication at a lowest cost.

  • Patent number: 12314902
Abstract: A chat communication session is established between a first and second network device. Displayable content is generated during the chat communication session for transmission by the first network device, where the displayable content includes (i) a first chat question, (ii) a first set of interactive responses to the first chat question, and (iii) a first text field. The displayable content is transmitting by the first network device to the second network device. In response to selection of one of the first set of interactive responses at the second network device, at least a second chat question is generated along with a second set of interactive responses to the second chat question is generated for transmission. However, responsive to detecting text entry within the first text field, the first network device is configured to provide an operator with access to the chat communication session for response to the text entry.

  • Patent number: 12164585
Abstract: A method for inserting links to one or more webpages of a website is disclosed. The computerized method includes operations of detecting a first set of keywords for a first webpage of the website, determining a second set of keywords for webpages external to the website, determining, for the first webpage, a set of intersection keywords in both (i) the first set of keywords, and (ii) the second set of keywords, and generating first intersection keyword:link pairings for each intersection keyword of the first webpage. The method may also include inserting a code module into web code of the first webpage, the code module including the first intersection keyword:link pairings. The method may include determining one or more of the intersection keywords in content of the first webpage, and replacing each intersection keyword detected in the content of the first webpage with a link from the first intersection keyword:link pairings.

  • Patent number: 12125570
Abstract: A method id described for controlling operations of a system to support automated communications with a plurality of interactive voice response (IVR) system for fulfillment of a prescription order. The method features a first operation of identifying a destination IVR system based on a request message. Based on content associated with the request message, generating a prescription order to establish a communication session with the destination IVR system. Therefore, one or more data queries are received from the destination IVR system, and responsive to receipt of each data query of the one or more data queries from the destination IVR system, the content associated with the request message is accessed to generate a response to each data query. Thereafter, data associated with each response is translated prior to transmission to the destination IVR system to enable fulfillment of the prescription order.

  • Patent number: 11475097
Abstract: A system and method for creating a web page or web site including dynamically-generating content, such as a forum, using a framing layout and a series of modules arrangeable within. An interface allows the selection and placement of modules of various types in a simulation of a web page, and configuration data for each module may be set. A layout, or plurality of possible layouts, defines sections into which the modules may be placed. Pages may be organized in a hierarchy such that features of a template page are applied to any page underneath it in the hierarchy. The interface or other component of the system may further allow for the development of additional modules and layouts to be added to the available selection.
