Abstract: A point of sale device includes a card mounted on a hanger on a vertically extending mounting structure of a retail shop. The card carries a reusable storage container in which articles are stored. The container includes a body with an opening closed by a transparent, sealable, removable and re-sealable lid. The container is mounted on the card and the device is mounted on the hanger so a prospective purchaser can see the articles through the transparent lid. In one embodiment, the body includes a permanent magnet abutting the base.

Abstract: A wallboard wall carries a picture or shelf hanger in a hole between front and back faces of the wall. The hanger includes: a one-piece member having (a) a shoulder having a bottom portion bearing against a bottom portion of the hole and extending horizontally through the hole, (b) an arm extending upwardly from the shoulder, (c) a leg (i) extending downwardly from the shoulder, and (ii) located outside the front face of the wall and (d) a load bearing surface for receiving the object. The arm has a sharp pointed end piercing the back face of the wall and extending into the wall via the back face of the wall.

Abstract: A picture hanger has a base portion having a hole for an elongated fastener (nail or screw). The base portion carries a member enclosing a front face or the entire base portion. The member has a through hole aligned with and on one or both sides of the fastener hole. The elongated fastener is held in place in the holes so that the fastener need not be manually held during driving thereof into a picture frame or wall. The member is injection molded on the base portion, and consists essentially of nylon-6,6 having a Shore A hardness in the range of 80-90.

Abstract: A liquid dispenser bottle includes a suction tube and a spray nozzle. An end of the tube abuts an intersection of the bottle base and wall when the bottle is in use. A screen extending between opposite sides of a wall of the tube at the end where the intersection is located overcomes a tube tendency to collapse and enables liquid to flow from the corner of the bottle into the tube. Aesthetic undulations in the bottle wall cause liquid to flow therefrom toward the base when the bottle is vertically disposed, so liquid is not retained in the undulations.

Abstract: A water hose includes a helically shaped coiled tube having interior and exterior elliptical cross-sections with a flexural modulus greater than the flexural modulus of a coiled tube having interior and exterior circular cross-sections and the same neutral center line length as the elliptical cross-sections, but otherwise having the same properties as the elliptical cross-sections. The tube is made of extruded plastic resin having a durometer hardness measurement approximately in the range of 70-80 Shore A and has on its periphery ridges extending longitudinally at right angles to the elliptical cross-sections. In first and second embodiments, the elliptical cross-sections have major and minor axes respectively extending in the direction of the coil longitudinal axis and in planes extending at right angles to the longitudinal axis, and vice versa.

An antimicrobial polymer disinfecting agent is in a mass inserted in a chamber in the housing and/or in a polymer in a housing surface. The housing is configured so an air bubble forms against the housing roof to assure that a base of the housing rests on the floor of the water handling device. Ribs adding structural strength to the cover are aligned and have approximately the same size and shape as slots in the cover roof through which water passes so the ribs obscure the magnets from view from above and to sides of the cover. The magnets are held in place by a spring finger extending upward from the base to exert a force downwardly against the magnet upper pole face.
