    Abstract: An identity grip device conforms to the shape of a human hand which will grip the device. There is a first end portion, a second end portion and a central portion which continuously connects the first end portion to the second end portion. The central portion has a top side and a bottom side and finger grips located on the top side of the central portion. Thumb grips are located on the bottom side of the central portion. The identity grip device may be used with an exercise device such as a dumbbell.
