Abstract: Described is a device for applying a powdery, pasty, gel-like or liquid cosmetic product to skin or hair. The application device comprises at least one application element which is used to hold the cosmetic product and release it onto the skin or hair upon touching the skin or hair. According to the invention, the application element is elongated and extends along an at least partially convex circumferential line of the device.
