Abstract: In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. The beverage receptacle defines a cylindrical volume and includes a flat base for supporting a beverage container, the flat base having a circular shape with a first diameter; a first arm having a second diameter and at least partially encircling the cylindrical volume; and a spine connecting the base and the arm. The accessory receptacle defines a rectangular volume and is connected to the base and to the first arm of the beverage receptacle. The shaft includes a first section connected to the base, and a second section with a pointed end for securing the beverage holder into the ground where the first and second sections are connectable by a threaded section.
Abstract: Embodiments relate to a multi-functional, hand-operated, modular hand pump apparatus capable of drawing in a pumping medium through an intake point, nozzle, filter cap, or combination thereof into a pump housing by means of a plunger rod assembly and discharging the pumping medium through a plurality of discharge points, wherein the entire apparatus is extendable by attachment of a plurality of extension units and can be easily assembled and disassembled without tools.
Abstract: Embodiments relate to a power assisted wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow includes a dumping pan and a frame assembly in contact with the dumping pan. The frame assembly includes handles, a dump brace, one or more dumping pan supports and a resting support. The wheelbarrow also includes an electrical control assembly positioned in proximity to the handles, a wheel assembly including an axel positioned transversely between two wheels, an electrical motor assembly positioned in contact with the axel and in electrical contact with the electrical control assembly, a power supply supported by the frame assembly in electrical contact with the electrical control assembly and electrical motor assembly. Wherein the dump brace includes a curvature of about ninety degrees such that when a user dumps the contents of the dumping pan, the dump brace rolls into contact with the ground and prevents the dumping pan from contacting the ground.
