Patents Assigned to Micro Analog Systems OY
  • Patent number: 7816993
Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated circuit for a temperature compensated crystal oscillator having an external crystal. The integrated circuit comprises a temperature compensation having one fixed or at least two selectable 3rd and/or 4th and/or 5th and/or higher order temperature compensation functions for at least one specific type of external crystal. The temperature compensation can be calibrated at one temperature, in other words without use of temperature variation, by means of an external voltage or current source overdriving a respective temperature-dependent voltage or current supplied from an internal temperature sensor to the temperature compensation.

  • Patent number: 7444252
Abstract: A linearizer circuit which corrects inherent nonlinearity of a capacitive pressure sensor is provided. The linearizer is based on an operational amplifier configuration including a feedback network of switched capacitor type that is switched between a first switching phase and a second switching phase .In this switched capacitor configuration, DC gain of the operational amplifier configuration in the second switching phase can be adapted to realize a linearization function required to substantially linearize a non-linear capacitance-pressure characteristic of a capacitive pressure sensor when the capacitive pressure sensor is connected to be part of the feedback network.

  • Publication number: 20060255780
Abstract: The invention relates to a linearizer circuit which corrects inherent nonlinearity of a capacitive pressure sensor. The linearizer is based on an operational amplifier configuration comprising a feedback network of switched capacitor type (C0-C5,SW1-SW8) which is switched between a first switching phase (A) and a second switching phase (B). In such a switched capacitor configuration, dc gain of the operational amplifier configuration in the second switching phase (B) can be adapted to realize a linearization function required to substantially linearize a non-linear capacitance-pressure characteristic of a capacitive pressure sensor (C) when the capacitive pressure sensor is connected to be part of the feedback network.
