Abstract: In a drawbar-type rear wheel suspension for a motor vehicle comprising a drawbar axle body connected to the vehicle body by a universal drawbar body joint and having wheel support arms on which vehicle wheels are supported, and struts extending laterally between the free ends of the wheel support arms and the vehicle body and being connected thereto by elastic pivot joints, the elastic pivot joints of the struts at the vehicle body are disposed at a higher level than the universal drawbar joint and also the elastic pivot joints of the struts at the wheel support arms, and further, the drawbar axle body has a uniform cross-section rover its full length and provides for an elasticity such that the deformation of the drawbar axle caused by side forces is in the same range as the sum of the deformations of the elastic pivot joints of at least one strut.
Abstract: A method for attaching fabric to a structural part. The structural part is at least partially surrounded by fabric at least on one side. The structural part, which is provided with holes, is surrounded by the fabric at least in the region of the holes on both hole-opening sides. Fabric pieces on one side are inserted through the holes and are connected to the fabric of the other side in the region of the hole openings by bonding or welding.
Abstract: A method for influencing the driving dynamics of a motor vehicle wherein the vehicle speed and the transverse acceleration are feed as input signals to a regulating and control unit in which an actuation signal is produced when a limiting value of a variable which determines the driving condition is exceeded. When a limiting value of the vehicle speed and/or the transverse acceleration is exceeded, throttle-valve actuating signals for limiting the throttle-valve position are provided and when a determined change in the transverse acceleration over time exceeds a limiting value, a clutch actuating signal is produced for opening the clutch.

Abstract: A motor vehicle seat includes a backrest frame having a cutout in its side area for the passage of the side air bag. The cutout is closed off to the front by a bridge plate and the edges of the cutout are bordered by a panel. The panel is made of legs having a two-cheek construction, with an inner and an outer cheek. The outer cheeks reach over the cutout edges and the inner cheeks project inwardly The panel has a C-shape and, in the installed position, is open toward the bridge plate. The ends of the upper and lower inner cheeks of the panel are bent toward one another and thus form guiding surfaces for the air bag housing.
