Abstract: A system that schedules a meeting with a meeting invitee includes a database that is configured to store records associated with potential meeting participants that meet one or more pre-qualification criteria. A meeting notifier provides notice regarding a future meeting to the potential meeting participants having records in the database. A participant selector applies one or more post-qualification criteria to potential meeting participants who respond to the notice and a meeting scheduler places selected participants on a meeting schedule.

One or more responding potential meeting participants and their associated records are identified. The identified database records are queried to select one or more responding potential meeting participants that meet a set of post-qualification criteria and the selected potential meeting participants are invited to the meeting.
