    Abstract: Provided herein is a process for rapidly reclaiming brown grease from a source of brown grease. In particular, the process comprises simultaneously transporting and heating the source of brown grease through a heated metal pipeline, and separating the lipid component comprising brown grease from other components in the source of brown grease. Also provided is a method for preparing a biodiesel solution from a lipid mixture comprising brown grease.
