  • Patent number: 6555798
Abstract: A heating apparatus of a hot-heat treatment device using a semiconductor device includes a heating element positioned in a heating cap for heating a transmission cover after being conducted when electric power is supplied thereto; a circuit board electrically connected with the heating element, for controlling a voltage and a temperature; and a fixing unit for integrally fixing the heating element within the heating cap. Since the light bulb in the heating structure of the heating cap for pressurizing and fomenting the diseased part of the body of the user as in the conventional art is replaced with a semiconductor device. Accordingly, its case is prevented from deforming and the lead wire is prevented from breaking due to heat, so that a high-quality product can be provided.

  • Patent number: 6542779
Abstract: A mat for hot-heat treatment and fomentation including: a compressor installed in a main body; a cool and hot wind generator for generating a cool wind or a hot wind according to a user's selection and discharging it through a discharge outlet when the compressor is operated; a cover sheet inflated with the cool wind or the hot wind generated by the cool and hot wind generator, lower end portion thereof being sealed with the marginal portion of the main body so as not to leak the cool wind or the hot wind outwardly; and a heater embedded at the bottom of the main body and heated at a predetermined temperature. With this construction, the body of the user can be heated or sweated by the cool and hot wind generator within a limited space, so that more effective hot-heat treatment can be performed.
