Abstract: To provide a low-pressure chamber with tsunami shelter function which can endure severe earthquake vibrations, endure a severe muddy stream of tsunami even when a great tsunami attacks, endure a strong impact of debris, be used to wait for rescue while drifting for a long time, and be used as a low-pressure chamber for maintaining and enhancing health in a normal time. A housing includes an air supplying nozzle, an air discharging nozzle, and a housing window in a side surface. The air discharging nozzle is sequentially connected by pipes from a side near the housing to an emergency shutdown valve, a check valve, and an air discharging unit which is used to discharge the air in the housing. The air supplying nozzle is sequentially connected by pipes from a side near the housing to an emergency shutdown valve, a main air filter, a preliminary air filter, and a pressure control valve.

Abstract: An accessory coatable with nail polish such as a finger ring, a pendant head, a clip earring, an earring for a pierced ear, a bracelet and an anklet has at least one pattern surrounded by a circular line at a position which is outstanding when worn. The pattern is partitioned from a base by a gently-sloping concave boundary portion. The process of applying the nail polish onto the inside of the pattern and removing the nail polish is repeatable. This makes it possible to arrange on the accessory a pattern having a color identical to or consistent with that of nail polish applied onto nails such that color-coordinated personal adornment can be enjoyed.

Abstract: An ornamental member for an accessory is in the form of a frame surrounding an opening, or is in the form of a base plate formed of a rigid material having rigidity and being integral with the frame. A slit is formed through one side wall of the ornamental member, the slit being longer than the width of an upper end of the opening between two side walls adjacent to the one side wall. An ornamental sheet is removably insertable through the slit, and all edges of the ornamental sheet are concealed by the frame with the ornamental sheet inserted. One accessory exhibits various different ornamental appearances by remobably inserting various kinds of ornamental sheets into the ornamental member.

Abstract: A cigarette lighter including an ignition system of which a striking member support wheel (14) is pivotally supported (17, 18) by a lighter body (10) for pivotal movement in conjunction with the opening and closing movement of a cover (23), to enable the ignition system to be enclosed by the cover when the latter is closed. The lighter further includes a nozzle (11) urged at all times to move upwardly to allow gas to issue therethrough, and a regulating member (20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 29, 31) for the cover operative to move the nozzle downwardly by its underside, so that the nozzle can be automatically moved upwardly to allow gas to issue therethrough when the cover is opened and can be automatically moved downwardly to stop the issuing gas when the cover is closed.
