Abstract: A method and system for non-invasive detection of a living subject's blood oxygen saturation is disclosed herein. A system, method, and apparatus utilizes an imaging RGB/infrared sensor and an active two-color light source for detecting blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) of a living subject in a non-contact manner. The system comprises a non-contact light source comprising red light or infrared light; an imaging sensor; a processor; and a user interface.

Abstract: A method and system for presence and vitals detection of a living subject is disclosed herein. The system comprises a passive long wave infrared (“LWIR”) sensor, a radar, a processor and a user interface. The LWIR sensor is utilized to detect block-body radiation originating from a living subject. The processor is configured to run an algorithm to perform digital signal processing on data provided by the radar and the LWIR sensor to generate presence and vitals information for the living subject for communication to the user interface.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for monitoring and capturing information associated with target subjects, such as babies. For example, the systems and methods provide a capture device, such as a camera, that captures capture time of flight (TOF) data from a target subject. Using the TOF data, the systems and methods, via a display device associated with (e.g., paired to) the capture device, present information about the target subject, such as information indicating movement of the target subject, information indicating a breathing rate of the target subject, information indicating a heart rate of the target subject, and so on.
