Between the rearward portions of the fulcrum portions of the body 1 and the sandwiching member 2 is interposed a spring 12 which biases the plate portions 6 and 17 normally in the direction away from each other. Each of the plate portions 6 and 17 is provided with ridges 14 along the perimeter, and has been subjected to a flocking treatment from its perimeter to the outer surface.
