    Abstract: An aquarium receptacle comprising a habitat for fishes, to be filled with water, and a water purification system including an array of adjoining chambers interconnected so as to be suitable for the passage of liquid. The array of chambers, adjoining the habitat to be filled with water, is incorporated in the receptacle to a component integral therewith. The water purification system is self-supporting in realizing a continuous total purification of the water in the aquarium.
