  • Patent number: 10554401
Abstract: A physical card (in some cases without any on-board source of power or computing capabilities) is configured to maintain access information for digital bearer assets. The physical card may include disposed thereon a single address operable to receive digital bearer assets in one or more transactions on a decentralized computing platform, like a blockchain-based decentralized computing platform. Other decentralized computing platforms utilize different address generation protocols, thus preventing use of a single address on those other platforms. A set of addresses is generated, each address corresponding to a given decentralized computing platform. Each address is based on a same underlying key-pair, and a primary address is selected from the set for a given card. The remaining addresses in the set are stored, without storage of the public key or private key, and returned in a response to a request for additional addresses of the currency card.

  • Patent number: 7938267
Abstract: A triangular dispensing container device for dispensing small solids such as pills, tablets, or candy, or liquids such as emulsions, gels, solvents, or aqueous solutions, comprising a base, a cover, and an insert. The base has a bottom wall and a first, second, and third side walls. The cover has an upper wall and a first, second, and third side walls. The insert also has an upper wall and a first, second, and third side walls. The insert has an aperture which corresponds with at least some portion of the aperture in a base side wall when the insert is placed within the base. When the cover, base, and insert are assembled, placement of pressure on an area of the cover upper wall elevates the cover side wall, revealing the aperture in the base side wall and in the corresponding insert side wall, permitting the dispensing of the device's contents.

Abstract: A dispensing container device for dispensing small solids such as pills, tablets, or candy, or liquids such as emulsions, gels, solvents, or aqueous solutions, comprising a base, a cover, and an insert. The base has a bottom wall and a curvilinear side wall having an upper edge, the side wall having an aperture. The cover has an upper wall and a curvilinear side wall having a lower edge. The insert has an upper wall and a curvilinear side wall and has an aperture which corresponds with at least some portion of the aperture in the base side wall when the insert is placed within the base. When the cover, base, and insert are assembled, placement of pressure on the cover upper wall or on the base bottom wall reveals the aperture in the base side wall and in the corresponding insert side wall, permitting the dispensing of the device's contents.

  • Patent number: 6635143
Abstract: A token is manufactured using a combination of minting or casting operations and printing operations. The token comprises a metal base material that is minted or cast to the size and shape desired including embossed or debossed areas at selected locations on the token. In selected recessed or countersunk portions of the token, there are provided thin disks of material capable of carrying printed material such as single-colored or multi-colored pictures or indicia. The imprinted disk portions of the token are covered with a first protective coating and, optionally a second protective coating, that eliminates wear and tear on the printed areas of the token. Additionally or alternatively, the entire token can be covered with an outer coating to minimize wear and tear and preserve the unique designs carried by the token.
