A pharmaceutical composition may include a therapeutically effective amount of the compound(s) and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle. The pharmaceutical compositions may be useful for treating a disorder associated with chronic inflammation and/or metalloenzyme misregulation, including hemochromatosis, cancers such as breast cancer, or neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
