Abstract: The present disclosure includes a method, system, and computer program for analyzing the impact of social programs. The analysis of the impact of a social program may be facilitated by one or more application program units residing on a service provider's server. The service provider server may include an outcomes taxonomy, evidence base, data collection unit, data evaluation unit, program rating unit, metric calculations unit, and a benchmark database. The analysis may result in the generation of a program scorecard that includes a plurality of metrics that may estimate the likelihood of success of a social program. Each of the one or more metrics may be utilized in order to predict the impact of a social program.
