  • Patent number: 11777440
Abstract: An ultrastable cementitious material with nano-molecular veneer makes a cementitious material by blending 29 wt % to 40 wt % of a magnesium oxide dry powder containing 80 wt % to 98 wt % of magnesium oxide based on a final total weight of the cementitious material, with 14 wt % to 18 wt % of a magnesium chloride dissolved in water and reacting to form a liquid suspension, mixing from 2 to 10 minutes, adding a phosphorus-containing material, and allowing the liquid suspension to react into an amorphous phase cementitious material, wherein a portion of the amorphous phase cementitious material grows a plurality of crystals. The plurality of crystals are encapsulated by the amorphous phase cementitious material forming a nano-molecular veneer. A process to make the ultrastable cementitious material. • Patent number: 11687684
Abstract: A method of managing proxy objects within CAD Models by attaching Meta Data to each Proxy and HD Object and translating 2D coordinates into 3D coordinates from within a 3D CAD model with additional data being added through a 360 viewer. The method enables the user to programmatically swap one Proxy Object with one or more HD Objects. All Proxy Objects and HD Objects are stored in a secure database structure while providing access by users to the proxy objects and all related product information. Non-technical and non-CAD users can configure objects within a space by selecting an object, browsing a catalog of possible alternative objects, viewing specific product details and then selecting the object to replace the selected object. Once a new object is selected, a photo realistic 360 image of a scene is created in real time.

  • Patent number: 11332920
Abstract: A prefabricated column assembly includes a hollow tubular column having a longitudinal axis. A gusset plate assembly includes a plurality of gusset plates connected to the column and extending laterally outward from the column in planes generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the column. A first pair of the gusset plates extends laterally outward from the column along a first axis and defines a space for receiving an end portion of a first beam for mounting the first beam on the first pair of gusset plates. A second pair of the gusset plates extends laterally outward from the column along a second axis that is nonparallel and non-coincident with the first axis. The second pair of gusset plates defines a space for receiving an end portion of a second beam for mounting the second beam on the second pair of gusset plates to provide a bi-axial joint connection.
