Abstract: A computer system that creates a virtual reality (VR), or metaverse, commerce space, includes a VR library that stores VR commerce space elements, a VR rendering engine in communication with the VR library, a call center server in communication with the VR rendering engine. The VR rendering engine selects one or more VR elements and creates a VR commerce space based on one or more customer preferences. The VR commerce space is transmitted to the call center server, which communicates the VR commerce space to a customer device and optionally to an agent device.

Abstract: A method for providing real-time presentation feedback can comprise receiving audio data corresponding to a prepared presentation; analyzing, the audio data; analyzing, the analyzed audio data relative to presentation data associated with the prepared presentation to form an analyzed presentation data; generating, at least one of a recommendation and a feedback; and transmitting the at least one of the recommendation and the feedback for display on a display device. The method can provide real-time suggestions and feedback to a user during preparation or during a respective speech, presentation, or the like.

Abstract: An electronic method for contextual task creation during a screen sharing session includes collecting shared screen data, searching the shared screen data for a potential task, and confirming the potential task with a user to generate a confirmed task. The electronic method can further include sending the confirmed task to a task management engine where the task can be collaboratively reviewed for progress and accuracy. The electronic method can be performed by a contextual task creation program or system that utilizes optical character recognition techniques for converting an image of text into a machine-readable text format, and natural language processing techniques for identifying keywords, entities, and actionable items within the text to provide possible task suggestions to a user.

Abstract: A call center computer system with deepfake audio capability includes a call center server configured to communicate with one or more user devices and route communications from each of the one or more user devices to a call center agent device based on the availability of a call center agent. A deepfake processor in communication with the call center server includes a deepfake audio replicator. A first database includes one or more users and a primary agent associated with each of the one or more users and the content of prior sessions with each of the one or more users. A second database includes voices for each primary agent. The call center server is configured to connect a user device to a device of a secondary agent when the primary agent is not available, and the deepfake processor is configured to substitute the primary agent voice for the secondary agent's voice or to be the voice of a bot.

Abstract: A computerized real-time data processing system for determining one or more topics presented during a conference utilizes a natural language processor (NLP) in communication with a conference server, wherein the NLP is configured to identify one or more topics presented in a conference based on identifying thematic elements in the speech of a conference host or participant, or in conference audio. One or more participant devices are in communication with the conference server, wherein each of the one or more participant devices has a display that displays conference topic files, wherein each conference topic file represents (a) a topic that was previously discussed during the conference, or (b) a topic that is presently being discussed during the conference. Each participant may, using the participant device unique to that participant, join a conference when a topic of interest is identified.

Abstract: An electronic communication method for audio and/or video call sentiment analysis includes receiving, by a second electronic communication system associated with a second user (e.g., the call receiver), an audio and/or video call request from a first electronic communication system associated with a first user (e.g., the call sender). The method further includes determining a sentiment/disposition of the first user. The method further includes displaying, on a graphical user interface of the second electronic communication system, the sentiment/disposition of the second user to indicate to the second user a disposition of the first user. The sentiment can be displayed on the receiver's electronic communication system before the receiver answers the call.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting a presence of a tracked device (e.g., a device of a guest, an employee, and/or a device coupled to an object), identifying the tracked device (e.g., as being associated with the guest, the employee, and/or the object), and determining a location of the tracked device (e.g., within a venue) can include a plurality of devices and one or more servers. The systems a plurality of communication modules configured to form a network of physical reference points in at least a portion of a venue. The plurality of communication modules can communicate with one or more servers, and the one or more servers can identify and determine a location of the tracked device based on data received in response to presence data being detected. The one or more servers and/or each device can perform various methods associated with presence detection, identification, and location determination.

Abstract: A videoconferencing system that generates at least one participant bot unique to a videoconference participant or topic. The videoconferencing system comprises: a videoconferencing server; a participant bot engine that generates and stores the at least one participant bot is further configured to direct a videoconference invitation from the videoconferencing server to the at least one participant bot. One or more databases are in communication with the participant bot-generation engine, wherein the database stores organizational information and makes the organizational information available to the participant bot. The videoconferencing server is configured to send a videoconference invitation to the bot engine and the bot engine is configured to accept the videoconference invitation and have a participant bot participate in the videoconference.

Abstract: A computer system and method are configured to permit a single agent to simultaneously interact with multiple customers. The computer system includes a call center server configured to communicate with (a) a plurality of customer devices, and (b) an agent device. The call center server is further configured to permit the agent device to communicate simultaneously with the plurality of customer devices. A text-to-speech (TTS) engine may be used converts text entered into the agent device into speech that is transmitted by the call center server to at least some of the plurality of customer devices.

Abstract: A conferencing system and method detects one or more two-dimensional (2D) images in presented 2D data and/or objects shown during a videoconference and renders them on a participant's three-dimensional (3D) tactile screen. The system includes a conferencing server that is in communication with one or more participant devices. An image recognition engine is in communication with the conferencing server and identifies the one or more 2D images. An imaging processor is in communication with the image recognition engine, and may be in communication with a camera that recognizes objects shown during the videoconference. The imaging processor creates a 3D rendering of the 2D images and/or the objects and directly or indirectly sends them to the participant's 3D tactile screen.

Abstract: A videoconferencing system and method are configured to generate a video conference including background advertising for one or more conference participants preferably based on an advertising sentiment for each participant. Additionally, the method includes allowing the at least one participant of the proceeding to move to a next objective, based on evaluating the response received based on an established criterion.
