Abstract: A solid-state laser device includes an inner container, an outer container, a cooling medium supply unit, and a cover section. The inner container in which a laser medium is accommodated includes an inner light-transmitting unit. An outer light-transmitting unit of the outer container is provided at a part that faces the inner light-transmitting unit and is vacuum-insulated from the inner light-transmitting unit. The cooling medium supply unit supplies a cooling medium so that the cooling medium comes in contact with a surface other than a light input and output surface in the laser medium. The cover section partitions a light-passing area from a cooling medium supply area to which the cooling medium is supplied.

Abstract: A compressor diffuser is disposed between cylindrical combustion chambers that are disposed around a rotational shaft to supply combustion gas to a turbine and a compressor that is rotatable about the rotational shaft to generate compressed air. The compressor diffuser includes one end connected to an outlet of the compressor; and another end connected to an air inlet of one of the combustion chambers. The one end defines an opening and has double arc portions curving about the rotational shaft, and the other end defines an opening shaped in conformance with the cylindrical shape of the one of the combustion chambers. The compressor diffuser is disposed continuously along an extending direction of the rotational shaft from the one end to the other end.

The oil bath type bearing device includes a plurality of bearing pads which are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction along an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft, an annular carrier ring which supports the plurality of bearing pads from an outer peripheral side and in which an oil supply hole through which a lubricant is supplied is formed, and a casing which covers the carrier ring from the outer peripheral side and holds the lubricant between the rotating shaft and the casing. The oil supply hole penetrate the carrier ring from the outer peripheral side to an inner peripheral side and extends toward a rear side in a rotational direction of the rotating shaft as the oil supply hole goes radially inward with respect to the axis.
Abstract: A plant maintenance assisting system is provided with: an abnormality indication monitoring system; an abnormality diagnosis system; a maintenance plan creation system; a risk evaluation system; and a component management system. On the basis of risk information and abnormality diagnosis information that is a result of diagnosis by the abnormality diagnosis system, the risk evaluation system determines the need for maintenance work with respect to an abnormality indicating facility. In a case where it is determined that maintenance work with respect to the abnormality indicating facility is necessary, the maintenance plan creation system sets, in a maintenance plan, maintenance implementation timing of maintenance work with respect to a facility including the abnormality indicating facility. On the basis of component management information, the component management system determines whether a component can be procured at the maintenance implementation timing set by the maintenance plan creation system.
Abstract: This device for producing a pultrusion molded article is provided with: a mold member that heats and cures an intermediate molded article as a result of the mold member contacting an intermediate molded article in which reinforcing fibers are impregnated with a thermosetting resin; a pultrusion device for extracting, in the pultruding direction, the pultrusion molded article formed by heating and curing the intermediate molded article; and a moving device for moving the mold member in the pultruding direction in synchronization with the pultrusion device.
Abstract: An ultrasonic inspection method of scanning and inspecting an inspection object with ultrasonic waves includes collecting data obtained by scanning the inspection object with ultrasonic signals by using probes configured to transmit and receive the ultrasonic signals to and from the inspection object via a medium that propagates the ultrasonic signals; and processing and synthesizing the collected data. Synthesizing the data includes depicting an image including a surface of the inspection object in a region including pixels partitioned in a grid-like fashion based on the collected data of the ultrasonic signals, and extracting a pixel having maximum pixel intensity from the pixels arranged along a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the surface of the inspection object in the depicted image to identify a position of the extracted pixel as a surface shape of the inspection object.

Abstract: A method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin molded article includes disposing a suction medium, a resin barrier aeration medium and a fiber base material in a cavity such that the suction medium is disposed between an end part of the fiber base material and a mold, and the resin barrier aeration medium is disposed between the suction medium and the end part of the fiber base material.
