Abstract: A mixed fiber spunbonded nonwoven fabric which comprises 90 to 10% by weight of a long fiber of thermoplastic resin (A) that has been hydrophilization-treated and 10 to 90% by weight of a long fiber of thermoplastic elastomer (B) and which has a strength ratio [the ratio of a strength at 20% of an elongation at a maximum strength (elongation at a maximum point) to the maximum strength] in at least one direction of not more than 40% and a bulk density of 0.10 to 0.40 g/cm3. The fabric can exhibit excellent initial hydrophilicity, long-lasting hydrophilicity, liquid dispersibility, liquid transpiration property, moisture permeability, breathability, softness, resistance to fluff, stretchability and touch, and low stickiness, and is suitable for sheets constituting absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, incontinence pads, and disposable diapers. A production method is also provided.

Abstract: A negative electrode 10 for a nonaqueous secondary battery has an active material layer 12 containing active material particles 12a. The particles 12a are coated at least partially with a metallic material 13 having low capability of lithium compound formation. The active material layer 12 has voids located between the metallic material-coated particles 12a with a void fraction of 15% to 45%. The metallic material 13 on the surface of the particles is preferably present throughout the thickness of the active material layer. The active material particles 12a are preferably of a silicon-based material. Abstract: This invention relates to a method for producing a carboxylic acid chloride, which efficiently decomposes a Vilsmeier reagent type compound in a carboxylic acid chloride lacking a thermal stability or a carboxylic acid chloride hardly distilled in practice due to a high boiling point with a simple operation and has no adverse effect on a subsequent step, and more particularly to a method for producing a carboxylic acid chloride, characterized by comprising reacting a carboxylic acid with a chlorinating agent in the presence of a catalyst, removing the excessive chlorinating agent from a reaction system after the reaction, and then further adding 1.0 to 3.0 equivalents of the starting carboxylic acid based on the catalyst to the reaction system to decompose a Vilsmeier reagent type compound remaining in the reaction system.
Abstract: We search for a cultivation method for reducing the amount of mycotoxin contamination in wheat which has been an important pending question for the quality in actual producing field of wheat and the health hazard risk for customers. The present invention discloses a method of reducing the contamination amount of mycotoxin in cereals characterized in that one or more compounds A selected from the group consisting of ammonium salts, primary to quaternary ammonium salts, alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts and polyvalent metal salts of phosphorous acid and phosphite ester are given to the cereals.

Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide a metal layer with an insulating layer which is uniform and thin and can be produced in low cost. To achieve the object, a laminate composed of a ceramic insulating layer and a metal layer characterized in that the ceramic insulating layer has a binder provided among ceramic particles constituting a ceramic particle film formed by electrophoretic deposition of the ceramic particles is employed. The laminate can be suitably used as a base material for production of various types of electronic devices, the circuit formation of printed wiring boards, semiconductor circuits and circuits including semiconductor circuits, and capacitors utilizing dielectric performance of the ceramic insulating layer.

Abstract: A surface-treated copper foil comprising an electrodeposited copper foil with a chromium-free rust-proofing layer which exhibits good performance in peel strength and resistance to peel loss after chemical treatment as a printed wiring board. The surface-treated copper foil comprises a rust-proofing layer and a silane coupling agent layer formed on an electrodeposited copper foil , wherein the rust-proofing layer comprises a nickel layer having a thickness by weight of 5 to 40 mg/m2 and a tin layer having a thickness by weight of 5 to 40 mg/m2 stacked in this order, and the silane coupling layer is applied on top of the tin layer. The surface-treated copper foil may be further coated with a very thin primer resin layer having a thickness of 0.5 to 5 ?m.

Abstract: The present invention is a polyolefin polymer containing vinyl groups at both ends thereof, and a composition and a molded product containing the polymer, wherein the polymer contains a constitutional unit derived from at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene (a), an ?-olefin (b) having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a cyclic olefin (c), and (1) a ratio of terminal vinylation is 70% or more relative to all of both ends of molecular chains, and (2) an intrinsic viscosity [?] is in the range of 0.01 to 10 dl/g as measured in a decalin solution at 135° C. The polymer of the present invention may be molded by a LIM molding, an injection molding, a transfer molding, a compression molding, and the like, and is excellent in acid resistance, gas permeation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and dynamic fatigue resistance. From the polymer, a thermoplastic resin composition and a crosslinkable resin composition, and a crosslinked composition having excellent mechanical characteristics are obtained.
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a copper foil with carrier sheet which permits releasing of the carrier sheet from the copper foil layer even when hot pressing at a temperature exceeding 300° C. is applied in the production of a printed wiring board. In order to achieve the object, a copper foil with physically releasable carrier sheet having a copper foil layer on the surface of the carrier sheet through a bonding interface layer, characterized in that the bonding interface layer is composed of a metal layer and a carbon layer. It is preferable for the bonding interface layer to be composed of a metal layer of 1 nm to 50 nm thick and a carbon layer of 1 nm to 20 nm thick.
Abstract: Disclosed is a resin composition which has high heat dissipation properties and high electrical insulation properties at the same time, while having low-temperature bondability to a conductor circuit or the like. The resin composition contains (A) a thermoplastic polyimide resin having a glass transition temperature of 160 DEG C or less and (B) an inorganic filler. The aspect ratio, that is the value of length/thickness, of the inorganic filler (B) is 9 or more, and the content of the inorganic filler (B) is 40-70 weight % relative to the total weight of the resin composition. The resin composition has a melt viscoelasticity of 10-300 MPa (inclusive) at 170 DEG C.
Abstract: It is an object of the invention to provide a carbodiimide modified polyolefin adhesive having excellent adhesive strength in a room temperature atmosphere and excellent adhesive strength in a high temperature atmosphere even in continuously molding with a practical molding machine. An adhesive (D), i.e., a carbodiimide modified polyolefin adhesive of the present invention which can solve the above problem is obtainable by allowing a polyolefin (A) having a group capable of reacting with a carbodiimide group to react with a carbodiimide group-containing compound (B) in the presence of an unmodified polyolefin (C) and having a ratio of a peak intensity at 2130 to 2140 cm?1 to a peak intensity at 1470 cm?1, as determined by infrared absorbance analysis, of not more than 60% and a density of 0.870 g/cm3 to 0.920 g/cm3.
