Abstract: A motor comprises a yoke as casing, a shaft extending along a center of the yoke, an annular stator fixed to the yoke and an armature fixed to the shaft to rotate with the shaft inside the stator. The armature comprises a plurality of teeth on the outer circumferential surface. A wire is wound on any of the teeth to form a normal coil. Another wire is wound on another of the teeth to form a brake coil that is a short circuit. When the motor rotates much faster, the brake coil produces magnetic flux which acts as load against the rotation of the motor to allow the motor to rotate slower.

  • Publication number: 20060237450
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to prevent temperature decrease in a border portion of each of heating coils and to enable to eliminate an influence given by the change in a load state. In order to attain this object, an induction heating unit according to the present invention is provided with control units respectively corresponding to a plurality of heating units. A phase detector of the control unit obtains a phase difference between an output current (heating coil current) of an inverter detected by a current transformer reference signal outputted by a reference signal generating section, and inputs it to a drive control section. The drive control section adjusts an output timing (phase) of a gate pulse to be given to the inverter so as to make a phase of the heating coil current of the inverter coincide with a phase of the reference signal outputted by the reference signal generating section.

  • Patent number: 7122697
Abstract: A method for producing carbamates that enables carbamates to be produced at low costs, with high selectivity and high yield, and in a simple manner, and a method for producing isocyanates that enables isocyanates industrially used to be produced by using the carbamates obtained by the carbamates producing method. Nonaromatic amine selected from the group consisting of aliphatic amine, alicyclic amine, and aralkyl amine is allowed to react with alkylaryl carbonate to thereby produce carbamates. Also, the carbamates thus obtained are thermally decomposed to thereby produce isocyanates. When carbamates are produced in this method, alkyl carbamates can be obtained with high selectivity and at high yield by using simple equipment. Also, when isocyanates are produced in this method, polyisocyanates used industrially as the raw material of polyurethane can be produced in a simple manner and with efficiency.
