Abstract: Multilayer nonwoven fabrics for foam molding that have excellent resistance to the separation of layers, have reinforcing effects and urethane leakage prevention performance, and are producible without the occurrence of fiber dust on the surface. In the multilayer nonwoven fabric for foam molding, a reinforcing layer is stacked on at least one side of a dense layer, the dense layer includes a meltblown nonwoven fabric layer (A) and spunbonded nonwoven fabric layers (B) that are stacked on both sides of the layer (A), and the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer (A) and the spunbonded nonwoven fabric layers (B) are partially thermocompression bonded with each other.
Abstract: There is provided a resin-coated copper foil including a resin layer having excellent dielectric characteristics suitable for high frequency applications, exhibiting high interlayer adhesion and heat resistance in the case where the resin layer is used in a copper-clad laminate or printed circuit board. The resin-coated copper foil of the present invention includes a copper foil and a resin layer on at least one side of the copper foil. The resin layer comprises a resin mixture containing an epoxy resin, a polyimide resin, and an aromatic polyamide resin; and an imidazole curing catalyst.
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a laminated core, a laminated core body 14 including magnet insertion holes 12 and 13 with magnet pieces 15 inserted therein is placed between a molding (upper) die 10 and a retaining (lower) die 11, and a molding resin 19 is filled from resin reservoir portions (pots) 16 to fix the pieces 15 in the holes 12 and 13. Between the die 10 and the body 14, a guide member 18 is placed, which includes resin passages 31 provided from the portions 16 to the holes 12 and 13 and gates 30 connecting to the holes 12 and 13 on downstream sides of the passages 31. The method can reduce lead time of a production line without replacing the molding dies for different laminated rotor cores and thus without preparing different types of molding dies.
Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a lubricating oil composition having excellent heat resistance (suppression of discoloration in heating) and tackiness while maintaining excellent viscosity properties of a lubricating oil composition using a ricinolic acid polymer. The present invention provides a copolymer (B) containing structural units (a) derived from ricinolic acid, structural units (b) derived from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and structural units (c) derived from a diol having 2 to 10 carbon atoms in a specific ratio and having a specific intrinsic viscosity, and provides a lubricating oil composition containing a base oil and the copolymer (B) and having a mass ratio (mass of (A) /mass of (B)) of the base oil (A) to the copolymer (B) of 60/40 to 99.5/0.5.

Proposed is an exhaust gas purifying catalyst which comprises a first catalyst layer that is formed on the surface of a substrate that is formed of a ceramic or a metal, and a second catalyst layer that is formed on the upper side of the first catalyst layer. Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a heat shrink tube excellent in peelability and transparency, and a method for producing the heat shrink tube. The present invention provides a peelable heat shrink tube comprising a composition containing a melt-processable fluororesin and PTFE, the PTFE lacking a heat history of its melting point or higher after polymerization and having a specific gravity, as measured according to ASTM D4894, of 2.20 or less. The content of the PTFE is 0.05 to 3.0 wt % based on the total weight of the melt-processable fluororesin and the PTFE. The present invention also provides a method for producing the tube which comprises melt-extruding the composition at a temperature lower than the melting point of the PTFE.
