Patents Assigned to ML Systems
  • Patent number: 11728455
Abstract: A method of producing photovoltaic cells with the ?-tandem architecture based on crystalline silicon substrates and quantum dots, ensuring both effective and stable operation of the entire tandem system as well as high absorption in the spectral range from UV to MIR and operation in scattered and incident light conditions at different angles, acting as an anti-reflective layer. A further purpose of the invention is to develop a new structure of a ?-tandem photovoltaic cell based on microcrystalline silicon (Si) layers and a layer of nanometric semiconductor structures with a core-shell architecture such that the resulting structures work as a tandem cell with the characteristics of micro-cells, connected together in its lower part.

  • Publication number: 20150020869
Abstract: The invention consists in application of fluorine doped tin (IV) oxide SnO2:F for making a heating layer on a photovoltaic panel. The invention consists also in a photovoltaic panel characterized in that its front part is covered with a conductive layer of fluorine doped tin (IV) oxide SnO2:F, with the electrodes deposited thereon. The conductive layer becomes a heating layer when conducted to the source of electric current. In a preferred embodiment a transparent polymer film is applied thereon, inseparably and permanently bound with the conductive layer of fluorine doped tin (IV) oxide SnO2:F and the photovoltaic cell.

  • Patent number: 5377075
Abstract: Apparatus for modifying an existing fluorescent light fixture having a base, the apparatus including a panel for attaching to the base. The panel was opposed electrical sockets for receiving terminal pins of a fluorescent tube. An opening is provided in the panel sized to receive an electronic ballast. Over the opening and attached to the panel is a cradle for support the ballast. The panel, with the cradle and ballast, is attachable to a base of an original fluorescent light fixture.

  • Patent number: 5132886
Abstract: A strip lighting fixture having a hollow base structure and a cover for closing an open face of the structure. At least one bracket member is mounted in the base structure, and a hinge arm is rotatably attached to the bracket member so that the cover can be rotated away from the base structure. In addition, at least one pin is provided for maintaining the cover in a substantially 90.degree. relation to the plane of the base structure when the cover is rotated from the base structure.
