Abstract: The invention provides systems and methods for advanced features for online mapping, searching, and planning driving tours. A multiple listing service (MLS) system may include a map search feature. A user interface for a real property listing may include a geographic map, which may enable a user to define a destination search area. The destination search area may be displayed on the geographic map. The MLS system may enable a user to conduct a search utilizing spatial and/or non-spatial filters. A search entry interface may be provided on a user interface in conjunction with the geographic map. The geographic map and map search features may also be able to include additional geographic information.

Abstract: Systems and methods for developing a data repository containing property listing information automatically acquired from a plurality of multiple listing services (MLSs). The property listing information from various MLSs can be mapped to a common representation and stored in the data repository. The invention utilizes and transforms information from different source MLSs which may have a particular data schema that may or may not match a predetermined common schema for the data repository. The listing information is thus consolidated from MLSs even when their schema may be different from each another or the predetermined data repository schema. The data repository schema may be selected such that each of the fields that comprise the source MLS property listing information in its native schema (and all its elements including but not limited to, agent rosters, office rosters, and tax data) can be mapped from the source schema to the data repository schema (the destination).

Abstract: This invention is directed to methods and systems of online mapping and planning driving tours. The invention may include a user interface capable of displaying a map with one or more destinations and/or displaying a travel route to visit each destination. The travel route may vary based on customizable options. The invention may also provide a tour summary that may show the driving directions for the travel route.
