Abstract: Systems and methods for generation and use of intellectual-property (IP) landscaping platform architectures are disclosed. A landscaping component may be utilized to produce refined clusters of IP assets using user seeded searches in varying areas of interest, such as, for example, target technical fields, targeted publications, targeted products, and/or competitor entity portfolios. The landscaping component may be further utilized to produce an interactive graphical element including a spatial representation of the clusters of IP assets. The interactive graphical element may include various functionalities and/or information associated with the clusters of IP assets.

Abstract: Systems may perform analyses of claims included in a patent document. The systems may generate one or more search strings from the patent document and provide the one or more search strings to a third-party searching authority. The third-party searching authority may return a collection of documents responsive to the one or more search strings. In particular situations, the systems may re-rank the documents of the collection to provide a patent centric ranking. The systems may also analyze the documents of the collection with respect to the elements of the claims to generate various types of patent infringement and/or invalidity reports.

Abstract: Systems and methods for digital property authentication and management are disclosed. A document representing a trade secret may be requested to be registered with a trade secret registry. A document obfuscation value corresponding to the document may be generated and may be registered with a blockchain. A record of the registration may be generated for the trade secret registry. The registry may be searchable and/or offer functionality such as valuation, insurance provision, and/or verification, among other benefits and functionalities.

Abstract: Systems and methods for dataset distinctiveness modeling are disclosed. For example, databases may be queried for datasets associated with intellectual property assets, particularly trademarks. A vector representation may be generated for the mark in question, and a vector representation may be generated for the description of goods and/or services associated with the mark. A machine learning model may be trained to predict a distinctiveness score based on the vector representations, similarity metrics between the trademark and other marks, goods and services of the other marks, and context data associated with the trademarks.

Abstract: Systems and methods for intellectual property model parameter training and utilization are disclosed. For example, intellectual property assets are analyzed quickly and based on parsed data from multiple disparate datasets to generate quality scores. The quality scores are then utilized for multiple purposes, including determining financing amount indications, insurability indications, feedback loops, benchmarking, entity rating, and other purposes.

Abstract: Systems and methods for intellectual property (IP) asset protection are disclosed. For example, by analyzing characteristic information associated with a user, along with feedback from one or more potential insurers, the system may determine various terms of an insurance policy for protecting the user against claims of IP infringement. The policy may provide for financial reimbursement for costs incurred while taking active measures to mitigate losses and/or defend against such claims. In addition, the system may analyze the characteristic information to identify various users having a low exposure of an infringement claim being asserted. The identified users may be actively targeted to acquire an IP protection policy.
