Abstract: Disclosed are a liquid crystal protection cover which is mounted to an upper surface of a display window of a portable terminal to protect a liquid crystal part and a display window, is easily detachably attached to the portable terminal according to a taste of a user, the liquid crystal protection cover having various patterns and colors, and interrupts electronic waves generated in the portable terminal to minimize a harmful effect of the electronic waves on a human body, and a method of manufacturing a transmission protection layer forming the same.
